I built the system I needed the day I got the call.
I'm Kudzani Koketso. KK. I worked in People Operations, where I was the one managing the heavy logistics of career transitions. Then I got my own, and suddenly I was the one staring at a quiet inbox asking "what now?". I have an MBA, a PHR, international career experience at the UN, yet when my layoff came, none of that stopped the spiral. What stopped it was curiosity and the decision to reinvent myself: opening one AI tool, then another, building something small, then a prestigious hackathon I had no business entering. My team won the Innovation Award. I teach the same path I walked, minus the months of fumbling.
